Human trafficking is a growing concern across the country. Often healthcare professionals in the rural Midwestern regions are not aware of the severity of the problem that may exist within small communities. This educational program will increase awareness of the reportable signs of someone that may be a victim of human trafficking, as well as increase awareness of resources available for these victims.

These workshops are designed for human service professionals including: social workers, case workers, family therapists, mental health counselors, psychologists, nurses, marriage and family therapists, and nursing home administrators.
